This paper describes the possibilities of the application of risk analysis methods used in the industry for the risk assessment of illegal acts resulting from the situations of personal and property protection. It introduces the possibilities of involving these analyses in the practical assessment of particular hazards including the evaluation of human factor and the appraisal of influence significance.
