This article discusses the results of audit examinations of the health and safety management system performed in the years 2007 - 2012 on a group of the MSz - I shaft department supervisory employees at the “Jan” Coal Mine. The linear trend function was used for description of changes in rating indices - the evaluation of goodness of fit between the theoretical data of the trend function and the set of empirical data was made and the seasonal fluctuations were distinguished.
